SEN Teaching Assistant – Outstanding School in BL4

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs? An Outstanding school in the BL4 area is seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive and inclusive team.

Role Details:

  • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
  • Location: BL4 area
  • Pay: £83.85 - £95 per day (depending on experience)
  • Contract: Full-time, long-term opportunities available
  • Start Date: Immediate

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment to enhance learning and development
  • Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
  • Monitor and track progress, providing feedback to staff and parents as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting learning needs
  • A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential
  • Willingness to undertake further training to develop your skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
