SEN Teaching Assistant – Specialist Support in East Grinstead

Your Role:
- Provide tailored support to meet each pupil's specific needs.
- Work with teachers, SENCOs, and specialists to implement effective learning strategies.
- Support pupils’ emotional, sensory, and communication needs.
- Promote independence and resilience in students.
What We’re Looking For:
- Specialist Knowledge: Experience with SEN needs like autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
- Dedication: A reliable, patient individual who values consistency in education.
- Communication Skills: Ability to work well with pupils, staff, and parents.
- Qualifications: CACHE Level 2/3 or relevant SEN training (preferred but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
