Your Role:

• Provide tailored support to meet each pupil's specific needs.
• Work with teachers, SENCOs, and specialists to implement effective learning strategies.
• Support pupils’ emotional, sensory, and communication needs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Specialist Knowledge: Experience with SEN needs like autism, ADHD, or speech and language difficulties.
• Dedication: A reliable, patient individual who values consistency in education.
• Communication Skills: Ability to work well with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Qualifications: CACHE Level 2/3 or relevant SEN training (preferred but not essential).
