SEN Teaching Assistant (KS2)

A role as an SEN Teaching Assistant in Dulwich, south East London (SE22) has become available to support children in KS2.

If you would like to work in a progressive primary school, boasting a friendly and efficient SENCo, please read the role description below.

The Head Teacher of this school is hoping to secure a Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant on a temporary & long-term contract who can specialise in carrying SEN support with children in KS2 who have moderate learning difficulties. The successful candidate will be able to provide fulltime support to help the children achieve their maximum potential and allow them to engage meaningfully in mainstream school life.

SEN Teaching Assistant role

-          5 days per week, working with children in KS2.

-          Working closely with the SENCo and fellow SEN Teaching Assistants to create a safe and welcoming learning environment for the children.

-          Working closely with parents to ensure cohesion between school and home.

Details of the role

-          £90 - £110 per day (with PAYE)

-          Full-Time 8:30 – 3:30

-          Start ASAP

-          School graded ‘GOOD’ by OFSTED

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
