Teaching Personnel are thrilled to collaborate closely with an outstanding SEN provision in Crowborough, and we are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as SEN Teaching Assistants.

The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and enhancing the educational experience of young individuals with a range of SEN. Your responsibilities may include:
✅ Providing one-on-one or small group support to students with autism, SLD, PMLD, and mobility needs.
✅ Assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans.
✅ Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
✅ Collaborating with the teaching team to address the unique needs of each student.

A genuine passion for working with young individuals with SEN.
Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Previous experience working with students with autism, SLD, PMLD, or mobility needs is advantageous.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
