URGENT – SEN Teaching Assistant Required
We are in URGENT need of a SEN Teaching assistant to start as soon as possible at one of our partner mainstream secondary school that has a SEN unit in the Cambridge area. The role is a full time position.
The school SEN unit specialises in young people aged 11 – 16 years with hearing impairment needs.
Expectations of the role;
- Friendly, positive approach
- If you do not have Makaton or BSL training, the children will rely on lip reading therefore you need good standard English.
- Provide pupils the chance to reach their full potential and do their best work
- Ensure that each student is encouraged and challenged to embrace ambition and realise their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
