SEN Teaching Assistant
Job description
Teaching Personnel is delighted to partner with a well-regarded primary school in Camborne, seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis. This role will involve working 3 days a week to support children with a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours, in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

What We Are Looking For:
- A passionate and patient individual, either experienced or aspiring, with a desire to support children with diverse needs.
- Ability to work with children with Autism, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviours, providing one-on-one and small group support.
- A resilient team player, capable of adapting to the individual needs of students while providing positive reinforcement.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and parents.
- Previous experience in SEN support or a relevant qualification is desirable, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
