Teaching Personnel are working alongside a SEN school that is based in the Brighton & Hove area. The school have reached out and are in need of SEN Teaching Assistants, individuals who have a bubbly personality and who could build strong relationships with both their pupils and staff!  

About the School:

The SEN school support primary and secondary aged pupils between the ages of 6-12 years. The pupils will have various needs including PMLD and Autism, the school teach an excellent curriculum which all pupils enjoy. The school has a great Ofsted rating as well as staff providing positive feedback when working at the school.

About the Role:

The chosen SEN Teaching Assistant will be supported by other experienced staff within the school including the room lead and the Teacher. You will be expected to work closely with the pupils throughout classes and during break time, it’s important that you build rapport with the pupils so they’re able to warm to you!  

Additional Information:

Travel: Bus/Car

Pay: £420 - £450 per week

Hours: 8:30am – 15:30pm

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Location: Brighton

DBS: Child Only Enhanced DBS

Experience: Autism, ADHD

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
