SEN Teaching Assistant ­– Stretford (M32)

Salary: £83.85+ per day (experience-dependent, no extra fees)

Are you a caring and dedicated Teaching Assistant with experience in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join our lively SEN primary school in Stretford (M32).

Responsibilities:

  • Help students with special needs in their learning and personal development.
  • Work together with teachers and support staff to create a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
  • Encourage student engagement and growth by fostering a supportive atmosphere.
  • Be flexible, proactive, and hands-on in assisting with various tasks.

Requirements:

  • Must have an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to get one through Teaching Personnel.
  • Provide references for the last 24 months of employment history.
  • Essential experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
  • Available to start in November after successful vetting checks and registration through Teaching Personnel. Consideration for notice periods for the right candidate.
