Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive learning atmosphere to support the academic and social growth of students with special needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and other support professionals to develop and implement effective strategies tailored to individual student needs.
• Maintain comprehensive records of student progress and actively contribute to assessments and reports.
• Foster regular communication with parents/guardians, offering updates on student progress and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with external professionals, such as educational psychologists and speech therapists, to meet the unique needs of students.

• Demonstrated ability to connect with students with special needs on a personal level.
• Understanding of diverse learning challenges and adeptness in employing varied strategies to foster student development.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and families.
• Exhibit traits of patience, empathy, and composure in challenging situations.
• Proficient in organization, time management, and task prioritization.
