SEN Teaching Assistant | Dawlish, Devon

Teaching Personnel’s partner school in Dawlish is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Job Details:

  • Start Date: 22nd April 2025
  • Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm
  • Hours: 8:45 am – 3:45 pm, Monday to Friday
  • Pay: £84.50 - £95 per day (DOE)

About the Role:

  • Support students aged 3-19 with personalised learning plans.
  • Assist in delivering structured learning activities.
  • Encourage independence, communication, and emotional regulation.
  • Provide behaviour management and pastoral care.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for SEN education.
  • Experience in education or care (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills and patience.
