You’ll receive full preparation and support, including a meet-and-greet session and a trial day to help you feel confident in your role.
Our partner schools are looking for dedicated professionals or those with transferable skills to work in various areas, including:
- Primary Support
- Secondary Support
- PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities)
- SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
- Complex Needs
- ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
Key Details:
- Start Date: ASAP – Flexible openings to fit your schedule.
- Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Perm – Start with a temporary contract and transition into a permanent role if it's a good fit!
- Pay: £84.50-£95 per day – Competitive weekly pay based on your experience.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with special educational needs.
- Work with teachers to implement personalized learning plans.
- Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment to encourage emotional and social development.
- Adapt resources and activities to suit each student's individual learning style.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address students' holistic needs.
What We're Looking For:
- Passion for supporting children and young people with SEN.
- Previous education or care experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training to enhance your skill set.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
