Position: Supply SEN Teacher
Location: Bracknell and Wokingham, Berkshire
Job Type: Supply (Short-term/Long-term)
Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate SEN (Special Educational Needs) Teacher to join our network of supply teachers for schools in Bracknell and Wokingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and are looking for flexible work arrangements in the area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, tailored teaching and support to children with a range of SEN.
- Deliver lessons in line with individual education plans (IEPs) and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to both students and school staff.
- Collaborate with teaching assistants, SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Coordinators), and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages the participation and development of all students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with children with special educational needs is essential.
- Strong understanding of various SEN and strategies for supporting these students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for working with children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
