SEN Teacher in Ormskirk – Independent Specialist School

 

ü  Role: SEN Teacher

ü  Location: Ormskirk

ü  Job Type: Part-Time, Temporary contract starting immediately.

ü  Salary: Competitive salary in line with main teacher pay scale, dependant on experience and qualifications

Your role will include:

v  Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons up to GCSE level.

v    Support students in developing their reading, writing, and communication skills.

v    Provide tailored learning strategies for students with SEN.

v    Track and assess student progress, offering feedback to both students and parents.

v    Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure the best outcomes for students.

What we are looking for:

ü  QTS/ QTLS.

ü  Experience teaching English up to GCSE.

ü  A strong understanding of SEN and experience working with students who have diverse learning needs.

ü   Ability to differentiate and adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

ü    Passionate about education and committed to making a positive impact on students' lives.

ü    Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
