A specialist SEN school in Northampton is seeking a passionate General SEN Teacher to support students with severe and profound multiple learning difficulties. With a pupil-centered approach, the school focuses on developing essential life skills through a stimulating and dynamic curriculum.

About the role:
As a General SEN Teacher, you will create engaging and adaptive lessons tailored to individual student needs, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You will help students learn and develop in a way thats best for them and their individual needs 

About You:

• Qualifications: QTS required.
• Experience: Experience working with students with complex learning needs, including PMLD and SLD, is highly beneficial.
• Skills: Ability to deliver engaging, functional, and relevant lessons tailored to EHCP targets.
• Knowledge: Understanding of specialist teaching techniques and adaptive strategies for SEN learners.
• Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills to work effectively with families and other professionals.
• Communication: Excellent professional communication with students, staff, and parents.
