SEN Teacher
Job description
Teaching Personnel are looking for fully qualified teachers to join our SEN schools in the Manchester area!
Teaching Personnel support a range of SEN and alternative provision with a variety of Special Educational needs including Autism, Physical disabilities and Multi-sensory impairments.
The ideal Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)/ QTLS
- Experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs in mainstream or SEN provisions
- The ability to build effective working relationships with children and staff.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Full time availability within school hours
In this role as a SEN teacher, you will:
- Plan and prepare engaging and creative lessons to suit the needs of all children
- Engage in vocational activities and development of key life skills
- Support and engage with students and their EHCP plans
- Assess student’s learning and development

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
