SEN Teacher
Location – Haringey
Contract – Flexible working (Term-time Only)
Start date – ASAP
Pay -£140 - £180 per day
Hours: 8.30am – 3.30pm
We are looking for passionate Fully Qualified SEN Teacher to help support schools in Haringey, working with various needs and providing support and interventions. This is a flexible role, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of schools, you will have the ability to book work that will suit your schedule.
All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Students with varying SEN needs, providing tailored support and interventions based on individual EHCPs
- Ability to plan and deliver effectively differentiated lessons
- Establish constructive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations
- Promote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils
Requirements:
- Fully Qualified Teacher – QTS, PGCE or an equivalent qualification.
- Currently hold Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)
- Right to Work in the UK
- Experience managing challenging behaviours, adapting approach to individual behaviour support.
- Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions as well as experience working with a range of complex needs.
- A commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community.
- Leadership experience managing a classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
