SEN Teacher

Location – Bristol (BS)

Then we have the opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced teacher to support students with Special education Needs (SEN), this can include children who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional regulation issues behavioural needs and communication difficulties. The age range for this school will be Key Stage One through to Key Stage Four (5-16). You need to have a strong mindset, as well as the ability to be sensitive and compassionate towards these students SEN.

What you will do?

  • Plan and execute lessons in line with the school’s curriculum whilst making it exciting and engaging for students with different educational needs
  • Build relationships with individual students
  • Create a safe and engaging environment where the students can thrive  

What we are looking for?

  • UK qualified teacher status
  • Be able to plan and create content for students with SEN needs so that will be engaged and excited to learn the curriculum
  • Have good behavioural management skills
  • Experience working with SEN is desirable but not required!
