SEN Teacher

Teaching Personnel are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher to join our inclusive and supportive team. The Role:

• Plan and deliver personalised learning experiences for students with Special Educational Needs
• Differentiate teaching strategies to support students with diverse learning styles
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment
• Work closely with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and parents to support student progress
• Use assessment and observation to tailor learning and interventions effectively

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience working with children with SEN (preferably in a school setting)
• Strong knowledge of SEND strategies, EHCPs, and differentiation techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A compassionate and patient approach to teaching

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
