SEN Teacher – Summer Term Start - Okehampton, Devon
Start Date: Flexible Start Dates (or sooner if possible)
Contract Type: Full-time or Part-time, Temp-to-Perm or Permanent
Salary: £31,650 - £45,646 + SEN Allowance

You'll receive full preparation and support, including a meet-and-greet session and a trial day to ensure you're set up for success.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking experienced SEN Teachers or professionals with transferable skills to support students in a variety of areas, including:
- Specializing in Primary & Secondary Education
- Supporting children with SEMH, ASD, PMLD, and complex needs
- Helping to create a nurturing, inclusive environment that promotes emotional, social, and academic development
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – this is essential
- Have experience working with children with SEN, including autism, SEMH, and complex needs
- Be skilled in managing challenging behaviours and creating tailored lesson plans for small groups
