Skills:

Classroom Management

Job Duties:

  • Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in the classroom
  • Assisting the teacher in implementing individual education plans
  • Providing one-on-one support to students with learning difficulties
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support

Required Qualifications:

  • TA QUALIFICATION

Education:

  • Minimum of a TA QUALIFICATION

Experience:

  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) preferred
  • Experience in classroom support and behaviour management

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional training in SEN support
  • First Aid certification

Working Conditions:

  • Work in a classroom setting
  • Full-time hours
  • Temporary position
  • May require some flexibility in working hours

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
