SEN Primary Teacher
Location: Stourbridge
Salary: Paid to Scale
Contract Type: [Permanent/Full-Time

Are you a passionate and dedicated teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? We are seeking a compassionate SEN Primary Teacher to join our vibrant and inclusive school community.

About the Role:

As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will:
✔️ Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.
✔️ Create a nurturing, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
✔️ Work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to provide holistic support.
✔️ Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
✔️ Use a range of teaching strategies to support children with diverse learning needs, including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and other learning disabilities.
✔️ Assess and track students’ progress, celebrating their achievements and adapting strategies as needed.

About You:

✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant SEN teaching qualification.
✅ Experience working with children with special educational needs.
✅ A patient, creative, and adaptable approach to teaching.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ Knowledge of SEN strategies, interventions, and assistive technologies is desirable.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
