SEN Learning Mentor – Full-Time Marton (FY3)

Location: Marton 
Employer: Teaching Personnel
Contract Type: Full-Time (Temporary to Permanent)
Start Date: 4th November
Salary: £12.90-£13.50 per hour. 

Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and fostering an inclusive learning environment? We are seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Mentor to join our partner school in Marton. This full-time position offers the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements:

  • A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (required for travel).
  • GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent).
  • A strong commitment to helping SEN students reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to SEN students, both individually and in small groups, to enhance their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and SEN coordinators to create and implement tailored learning plans.
  • Assist with behavior management, confidence-building, and developing interpersonal skills.
  • Maintain a structured, safe, and nurturing classroom environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
