Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (term-time only)

Do you have a passion for helping young people reach their potential? Our specialist SEN school in Horsham is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work with students aged 5-18 with autism.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Providing 1:1 and small group support, adapting your approach to different learning styles.
• Assisting in structured classroom lessons and practical, hands-on activities such as outdoor learning, music, and creative arts.
• Encouraging students to build self-confidence, resilience, and social skills.
• Supporting pupils in managing emotions, behaviours, and communication challenges.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
