Job description

Are you currently looking for work as an experienced SEN cover supervisor in Wakefield? Are you confident and proficient in delivering lessons to pupils with complex needs? Then we have a rewarding role for you!

  • Full-time (Mon-fri 8:30am-15:30pm)
  • Complex needs including Autism 
  • Secondary SEN school (KS3 and KS4)

Teaching Personnel are looking to appoint a cover supervisor in Wakefield to work in a lovely school dedicated to the wellbeing of both staff and pupils. The school is an all-through school supporting across key stages 3 and 4.

Job role:

  • Engaging and motivating students with autism 
  • Fexible and adaptive to students' needs
  • Hgh-standards for all students
  • Confident and proficient in delivering lessons

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident
  • Have an overseas criminal clearance or willing to apply for one
  • Have a child enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply for one
  • Previous or relevant experience working with SEND children
  • Minimum of three months UK residency
  • Previous experience delivering lessons and leading classes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
