We are looking for a compassionate and confident SEN Cover Supervisor to join a specialist education setting in Christchurch, supporting students aged 11 to 16. This part-time role offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of young people who benefit from a tailored, therapeutic approach to learning.

You’ll be working alongside a team that values empathy, resilience, and creativity, supporting pupils with additional social, emotional, and mental health needs.
Your Role as a SEN Cover Supervisor
In this varied role, you’ll step in to support teaching and learning during staff absences across the school day. You’ll lead sessions, encourage engagement, manage classroom behaviour, and help pupils develop confidence and independence.
