Experienced Teachers Needed for SEMH School in Wirral!
Are you a passionate and experienced individual looking for a rewarding opportunity working with young people with challenging behaviour?
Teaching Personnel's PWR Team is seeking highly motivated and resilient Teachers to join a fantastic SEMH school in Wirral. This is a crucial and we are looking for candidates who are dedicated to supporting young people with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students with challenging behaviour.
- Implementing behaviour management strategies effectively and consistently.
- Creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Building positive relationships with students and colleagues.
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children and young people (teaching experience preferred, but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong de-escalation and behaviour management skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for supporting young people with challenging needs
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working in an SEMH setting
- Relevant qualifications in childcare, youth work, or a related field

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
