Teaching Personnel's PWR Team is seeking highly motivated and resilient Teachers to join a fantastic SEMH school in Wirral. This is a crucial and we are looking for candidates who are dedicated to supporting young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students with challenging behaviour.
• Implementing behaviour management strategies effectively and consistently.
• Creating a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.
• Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Building positive relationships with students and colleagues.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children and young people (teaching experience preferred, but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong de-escalation and behaviour management skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A passion for supporting young people with challenging needs

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience working in an SEMH setting
• Relevant qualifications in childcare, youth work, or a related field
