Full-Time SEMH Cover Supervisor

Working Hours: 8.30am – 4.15pm (with varied start and finish times depending on the day)

Age Range: 11 to 17

A fantastic opportunity is available for a passionate and dedicated SEMH Cover Supervisor to join a supportive and thriving educational environment in Weymouth. This full-time role offers the chance to work with students aged 11 to 17 who have Special Educational Needs, particularly those with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges.

As a SEMH Cover Supervisor, you will work closely with students in small groups or on a 1:1 basis to ensure they receive the tailored support they need to succeed academically and socially. You will be part of a skilled and compassionate team, committed to providing students with a safe, inclusive, and structured environment where they can thrive. Your role will include supporting students in both their academic pursuits and personal development, helping them manage emotional challenges and achieve their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
