Secondary Teacher (Various Subjects)
Location: South London Boroughs (Croydon, Sutton, Merton, and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-time, with Temp-to-Perm options available
Salary: Competitive daily rate, depending on experience and subject specialisation
Start Date: As soon as possible
Teaching Personnel is thrilled to work with several outstanding secondary schools across South London that are searching for dynamic, adaptable, and inspiring Secondary Teachers across a range of subjects. These schools are committed to delivering exceptional education and fostering a welcoming learning environment that celebrates student diversity.
We are currently looking for talented Secondary Teachers in subjects such as Maths, English, Science, Humanities, and Modern Foreign Languages who are ready to inspire students and create engaging, interactive lessons.
The ideal candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5 if desired.
- Inspire students and create a positive learning environment that promotes academic growth and personal development.
- Adapt lessons to meet diverse learning needs and ensure every student feels supported.
- Work collaboratively with the wider teaching team, contributing to a cohesive and driven school culture.
Requirements:
- Hold QTS, a PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Previous experience in a secondary school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong subject knowledge, with a passion for sharing it in engaging ways.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
