Job Title: Secondary Supply Teachers
Location: Plymouth and Surrounding Areas
Salary: £120 - £150 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Flexible, Day-to-Day and Long-Term Roles

Role Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to join our team. Whether you’re an experienced teacher looking for flexibility or an early career teacher eager to gain classroom experience, this role is ideal for those who want to work on a short-term or long-term basis while maintaining a work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students across a range of subjects.
- Adapt to different school environments and uphold high teaching standards.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Follow lesson plans provided or use your initiative to create stimulating learning experiences.
- Support students with varying abilities to achieve their full potential.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching at the secondary level (NQTs/Early Career Teachers are welcome to apply).
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
