Role Overview: We are looking for passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teachers to join one of our partnership schools in Newport. The ideal candidate will be committed to inspiring students, cultivating a love for learning, and helping every pupil reach their full potential.

Subjects Needed: We are recruiting teachers for the following subjects:

  • Maths/Science

  • English

  • Humanities (All Specialisms)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lesson Planning & Delivery: Create and deliver engaging lessons that align with the national curriculum and monitor student progress.

  • Classroom Management: Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a productive learning environment.

  • Building Relationships: Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative school environment.

  • Individualised Support: Identify students’ unique learning needs and provide tailored support to help them achieve their potential.

  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching practices.

Requirements:

  •  Teacher Status (QTS or NQT)

  • Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to motivate and inspire students

  • Enhanced Child-Only DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service)

  • Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)

  • Right to work in the UK
