Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary School Teacher who can ignite a love for learning and inspire students. The ideal candidate will embrace each student’s individuality, celebrating their unique strengths and ensuring they feel challenged and motivated to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lesson Planning & Delivery: Design and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum, while monitoring and assessing student progress.
• Classroom Management: Apply effective classroom management strategies to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive school community.
• Personalized Support: Identify and respond to the individual needs of each student, providing tailored support to enhance their learning experience.
• Ongoing Professional Development: Actively participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to inspire and motivate students
• Enhanced Child Only DBS
• Registered with the Education Workforce Council
• Right to work in the UK

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
