Teaching Personnel is excited to be working with a forward-thinking secondary school in Walsall to recruit a dedicated and inspiring Science Teacher. This is a unique opportunity to join a school that has recently achieved a Good Ofsted rating, reflecting its commitment to academic excellence, inclusivity, and student well-being.
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Science Teacher to deliver engaging lessons to students aged 11 to 16. This role includes:
- Teaching across the science curriculum, with the ability to specialise in a preferred discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
- Inspiring curiosity and enthusiasm for scientific discovery.
- Supporting the school’s ethos of high expectations, respect, and inclusion.
This full-time role is to start in the Summer Term (could start earlier for handover) and offers opportunities for professional growth in a supportive environment.

Candidate Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds QTS in the UK.
- Has experience teaching Science at Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Demonstrates a commitment to fostering a love for science and achieving high academic standards.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
