Science Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working with a co-educational secondary school located in the heart of Portsmouth, seeking a teacher of Science to join the department from April 2025 or sooner.

The role:

The school are seeking a fully qualified teacher of Science to teach across KS3 and KS4, an educator who is willing to take on the full teaching role of planning and marking.  The appointed teacher would be required from Easter (Tuesday 22^nd April) or sooner if possible.  This is a full-time post ongoing until July 2025, with the potential to become a longer term or permanent role for the right educator.

• Specialising in Biology, Chemistry or Physics with the ability to teach all science across KS3 and KS4.

• Desire to help pupils successfully master an ambitious science curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
