Position: Teacher of Science
Location: Northampton
Salary: £105 – 251 per day (Dependant on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities)
Working Pattern: Full-time
Closing Date: 4 April 2025
About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science across Key Stage 3 and 4, delivering engaging lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics. You will work collaboratively with the Science department to inspire students and foster a love for scientific inquiry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver comprehensive Science lessons that cater to various learning styles.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support to promote achievement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop the science curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the broader educational initiatives of the school.
About You: We are seeking a qualified teacher who:
- Holds a strong passion for Science and the ability to inspire students.
- Has experience teaching Biology, Chemistry, or Physics at secondary level.
- Demonstrates excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Is committed to fostering an inclusive and student-centered learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
