Science Teacher – Outstanding Secondary School in Cambridge
Position: Science Teacher
Location: Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Contract: Permanent, full-time
Salary: MPS/UPS (depending on experience)
Start Date: September 2025
We are delighted to support an outstanding secondary school in Cambridge in their search for a talented and passionate Science Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity to join a school with a strong reputation for academic excellence and a forward-thinking approach to teaching. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A Level for the right candidate.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics to KS3 and KS4 students.
- Encourage a passion for the sciences, inspiring students to explore concepts in depth and achieve their academic potential.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for student progress and achievement.
- Actively participate in the development and innovation of the science curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide a stimulating learning environment and a range of extracurricular science opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
