The Role:
As a Science Teacher, you will:
- Teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach A-level for the right candidate.
- Develop and deliver engaging, innovative, and differentiated lessons to inspire and challenge students.
- Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on student progress, ensuring each student reaches their full potential.
- Foster a positive learning environment that promotes academic excellence and student well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive department.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and contribute to the broader life of the school.
The Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Science Teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Has a strong academic background in Science, with a specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
- Is passionate about teaching and has the ability to engage and motivate students of all abilities.
- Demonstrates excellent subject knowledge and a commitment to delivering high-quality education.
- Is an effective communicator and team player, with strong organisational skills.
- Has experience in, or a willingness to, teach at A-level (desirable but not essential).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
