Job description
Are you an enthusiastic, creative, and dedicated Science Teacher looking to inspire the next generation of scientists? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our vibrant school community in Rochdale this September.
About the Role:
- Teach engaging and interactive lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at Key Stage 3 and 4.
- Foster a love for science by making complex concepts accessible and exciting.
- Encourage students to develop their problem-solving, investigative, and analytical skills.
- Work with a supportive team of professionals to continually enhance the science curriculum.
- Help students achieve excellent exam results and prepare them for further education or careers in STEM fields.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified Science teacher with expertise in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics (or a combination of these).
- A passion for science education and inspiring students to reach their full potential.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students through dynamic teaching methods.
- A commitment to professional development and growing as an educator.
- Experience teaching science at secondary level is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
