School Business Administrator – SEN School (Leyland) – Permanent
A specialist SEN school in Leyland is seeking a School Business Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role Overview:
As a School Business Administrator, you will support the school's administrative, financial, and organisational processes while acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external stakeholders. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the school and contributing to its welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage school records, calendars, and emails
-
Support attendance monitoring and follow safeguarding procedures
-
Handle reception duties, responding to queries professionally
-
Assist with school admissions and health & safety administration
-
Maintain confidentiality and uphold school policies
-
Manage petty cash and order supplies
Requirements:
-
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
-
Experience in administration, preferably within an educational setting
-
Strong organisational and IT skills
-
Understanding of safeguarding and data protection
-
Full clean driving licence (required for travel between sites)
This role is term-time only, working Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 3:45 pm.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
