Experienced Reception Teacher – Maternity Cover

  • Location: L6, Liverpool (Near Kensington)
  • Contract: May 2025 – December 2025

Are you a passionate and experienced Reception Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Early Years specialist to join a welcoming primary school in L6, Liverpool, from May 2025 to December 2025, covering a maternity leave.

The Role:

As a Reception Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.

  • Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment to support children’s early development.

  • Assess and track pupil progress, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to create a positive learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with Early Years teaching experience.

  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.

  • Enthusiasm, adaptability, and excellent classroom management skills.

  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
