Recent Graduate – Secondary School Support Staff
Location: Greater Manchester
Start Date: After October Half Term
Salary: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience
Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in education? Teaching Personnel is seeking motivated and enthusiastic graduates to join our network of secondary schools in Greater Manchester as support staff. This is an ideal opportunity for those considering a career in teaching or looking to gain valuable experience in a school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students in their learning across a range of subjects.
- Provide one-to-one or small group assistance to help students reach their potential.
- Assist in managing classroom behaviour and creating a positive learning environment.
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Provide additional support during school activities and events.
Requirements:
- A recent graduate with a passion for education and working with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and flexible approach to working in a school setting.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the school.
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
