The primary branch of Teaching Personnel West Midlands is currently recruiting experienced primary school teachers for contracted positions in the Worcester area. We have openings for teachers with varying availability, so whether you prefer full or part-time work, we encourage you to apply now!
Unfortunately, these positions are not open to Early Career Teachers (ECTs). However, we do have other vacancies for ECTs, so please do not hesitate to apply as we may have a different opportunity for you!
Your responsibilities as a Primary Teacher will include:
- Covering classes in both KS1 and KS2 when needed
- Creating lesson plans, delivering lessons, and assessing students' work
- Tracking and reporting students' progress and development
- Managing classroom behaviour
- Attending school meetings and events
- Effectively communicating with parents, SENDCos, and other educational professionals
To be considered for these positions, you MUST have:
- A Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and completion of the induction period
- Suitable references demonstrating previous teaching experience and strong behaviour management skills
- Flexibility to work in either KS1 or KS2

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
