**What You’ll Do:**

- Offer personalized one-on-one or small group tutoring, tailored to each student’s unique needs.
- Teach core subjects up to the GCSE level, crafting lessons that address challenges while building on strengths.
- Help students develop confidence and mastery in subjects like English, Math, Science, and more.
- Create and maintain an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere that promotes student success.
- Continuously assess student progress and refine teaching approaches to drive improvement.

**What You’ll Need:**

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Experience in working with students.
- Strong knowledge in core subjects up to the GCSE level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a deep commitment to making a positive, lasting difference in students' lives.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
