### **Your Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead individualized or small group tutoring sessions tailored to the unique needs of ESOL students, including speakers of Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Create engaging lesson plans that focus on overcoming language barriers while amplifying student strengths.
- Build confidence and fluency in English by offering targeted, compassionate instruction.
- Foster a warm, inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to succeed.
- Track student progress and adjust teaching methods to ensure continuous development.

### **What You’ll Bring:**

- ESOL certification
- Proven experience working with ESOL students, especially speakers of Palestinian Arabic and Ukrainian.
- Strong command of teaching English language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
- A passion for teaching, with the patience and empathy to guide each student through their learning journey.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
