Psychology Graduate Wanted to Support SEN Students – Grantham, Lincolnshire
Are you a psychology graduate passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? We're looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and support SEN students within a local school in Grantham, Lincolnshire.
Key Details:
- Position: SEN Support Worker
- Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
- Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only
- Pay: Starting at £90 per day, with potential for pay progression
About the Role:
As an SEN Support Worker, you’ll use your psychology expertise to assist students with a range of learning and developmental challenges. This rewarding role will involve providing tailored support, helping students to thrive academically and socially in the classroom.
What We're Looking For:
- A recent psychology graduate with an interest in supporting young people
- Passionate, patient, and empathetic individuals with strong communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a supportive team
- Previous experience supporting students with SEN is beneficial but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
