Location: Birmingham
Pay: £400–£450 per week
Hours: Full-time, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Start Date: September

About the Role
We’re looking for passionate and driven Psychology Graduates to join a leading specialised school in Birmingham that caters to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will support students with Autism, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, and other learning challenges.
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll be playing a crucial role in shaping students' learning experiences and supporting their development both in and out of the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
- 1:1 & small group support: Assist students across various age groups, from Early Years to Post-16.
- Developing independence: Help students build essential skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Tailored Learning: Work closely with staff to provide personalised support that empowers students to reach their potential.
This role is an excellent stepping stone for graduates looking to pursue a career in educational psychology, clinical psychology, teaching, or counselling.
Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who are:
- Recent Psychology Graduates or students currently working towards their degree (related fields such as Criminology, Social Work, Sports Science/Coaching, or Youth and Community Studies are also welcome).
- Passionate about SEN and eager to support students in overcoming learning barriers.
- Empathetic and patient, with a genuine interest in making a difference in students' lives.

Requirements:
