Contract: Temporary to Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Teaching Personnel is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant for a position at a Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Dudley. This full-time role involves supporting students with additional needs on both a 1:1 and small group basis. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.Our client school in Dudley serves pupils aged 4 to 19 with severe and profound learning difficulties, including high levels of autism and complex medical needs. The school focuses on personalized support, using each student’s Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) to address learning challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide additional support to students on a 1:1 or small group basis.
- Assist the teacher with general classroom and behavior management.
- Be prepared to support with personal care as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- A bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- A genuine passion for supporting young people with SEN and making a positive impact on their education.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A valid UK driving license.
