PSHE Teacher – Key Stage 3
Location: Fazakerley
Full-Time | Potential for Permanent Role
Are you passionate about supporting young people who have struggled in mainstream education? Do you have the resilience, empathy, and behaviour management skills to help students overcome barriers to learning?
We are seeking a PSHE Teacher to work with Key Stage 3 students in a specialist school setting in Fazakerley. This school provides tailored education and support for students who have faced challenges in mainstream schools. Some students will eventually reintegrate into mainstream education, while others will continue their journey with the school.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging PSHE lessons that promote personal development, emotional wellbeing, and social skills.
- Support students in overcoming barriers to learning and building confidence in education.
- Use strong behaviour management strategies to create a structured and supportive classroom environment.
- Build trusting relationships with students to help them feel safe, understood, and motivated to learn.
- Work closely with a dedicated team of staff to ensure the best outcomes for each student.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in teaching PSHE or a related subject.
- Confident in managing behaviour and creating a positive learning atmosphere.
- Passionate about working with students who have struggled in mainstream settings.
- Able to build strong, meaningful connections with young people.
- Committed to helping students develop life skills that will support them in education and beyond.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
