Job Title: Primary Tutor
Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire
Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time
Salary: £20 - £30 Per hour
Job Duties:
As a Primary Tutor, your main responsibilities will include:
- Providing academic support to primary school students
- Developing and implementing lesson plans
- Assessing students' progress
- Communicating effectively with students
- Keeping accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any concerns.
Required Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Primary Tutor, you must have:
- Relevant experience with one to one tuition
- Demonstrated experience working with primary school students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Education or a related field.
- Knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching methodologies.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are desirable:
- Additional certifications in special education or literacy.
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
Working Conditions:
This position involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis. The work will mainly take place during school hours and may require occasional evening or weekend sessions to accommodate student needs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
