Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant
Availability: Full-time, starting January

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide targeted support to students in need, including those with special educational needs.
- Facilitate small group and one-on-one sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Assist in the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Previous experience working in a secondary school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and a proactive approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
