Teaching Personnel recognises the growing demand for educators in Pickering and its surrounding areas and is actively searching for qualified EYFS, KS1, or KS2 practitioners to assist Primary Schools in the region. This role involves stepping in to provide skilled cover for Class Teachers during absences caused by illness, meetings, training, PPA, and other planned or unplanned events.

Recent and relevant teaching experience across the EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2 curriculum, coupled with a solid understanding of current learning schemes in the Primary sector, is essential.

Flexible Availability

Manage your availability around personal commitments, allowing you to select contracts that align with your preferences. Ideally, we are seeking candidates available for 2-5 days per week, with the option for those eager for more work to explore additional opportunities. With Primary Schools scattered across various locations, including Pickering and the surrounding areas, having your own transport is preferred but not mandatory, as long as you can meet the commitments.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
